same situation in 2.4.0-beta3
Since the 2.5.0 release, Krusader does not have its icons, but uses the ones from the current theme. The default theme in Plasma is "breeze" and also here the icons are similars (see screenshot). We could change the icon inside Krusader, but the chosen icons are the right ones; in order: edit-find, document-new, kr_comparedirs, archive-extract, archive-insert. I propose to close it as a resolved worksforme, atm I'll keep the discussion open.
