It was no Problem when I use Kubuntu 10.04 but since I installed 11.04 and configured kmyMoney new, I couldn't access the online accounts anymore.

After configuring aqbanking via kmymoney I can connect to my bank and I receive the list of account I have there. But i I want to update the account to get the list of sales, I get the mentioned error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I assume that one can reproduce it if you do exactly what I did:

I installed kubuntu 11.04 new
I installed kmymoney with kPackageKit
I configured kmymoney /aqbanking
I called the list of account via aqbanking
I assigned one account to an online account

And then I tried to update this account

Actual Results:
error message (HBCI: 9800 and HBCI: 9010) and no results

Expected Results:
no error messages and the list of sales

Do you still have this problem with newer versions of AqBanking and Gwenhywfar?
Comment 2 tspaml 2011-09-29 05:42:51 UTC
I still have the problem with aqbanking 5.0.2-2 and Gwenhywfar 4.0.3-1ubuntu2.
Comment 3 Thomas Baumgart 2011-09-29 06:08:36 UTC
Those might not be new enough in your case. The newest are 5.0.16 and 4.3.0. You might want to consult aqbanking-user@lists.aqbanking.de for more details.

First of all thanks for your help. I guess it's not your job to explain me how to get a newer version from aqbanking. But a little hint would be fine, because I installed kMYMoney and aqbanking via kpackagekit and there is no newer Version of aqbanking available in the standard repositories.

I cannot tell you how to tweak your package manager to use a different repo, mostly because I am a developer if it comes to those packages (KMyMoney, AqBanking) and I build them from source. Maybe someone with more Kubuntu foo can chime in and leave a hint for you.

Now I upgraded to KUBUNTU 11.10 and with it also to aqbanking 5.0.14 and Gwenhywfar 4.1.0 and I have still the same problem.
If the reason for my problem is an old Version of aqbanking then I do not understand why this old Version is distributed when I install kMyMoney ?
And I do not understand why I'm the only one who has this problem ?

However I try to install now the latest Version of aqbanking and notify you when done.

I just could not get it work with KUBUNTU. I installed the latest Version of aqbanking but nothing changed. I'm not sure whether I did something wrong, but anyway. I now installed UBUNTU 10.04 LTS and GnuCash and everything is fine now. That's why I close this bug.
