Hi,

when I try to navigate using the arrow keys of my keyboard in the Application section of the KDE menu, the current item in the list is locked so I can't change its position, but using the mouse works.

Additional info:
* kdebase-plasma 4.7.0-1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Tried to remove and add the widget again.

Actual Results:  
nothing changed.

Expected Results:  
It should select the desired row from the list when I press up or down from the keyboard arrows, like it used to.

Using the Oxygen theme, and I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop.

Confirmed on Arch Linux x86_64. KDE 4.7.0. Qt 4.7.3.
