Fix routes if list is empty

Version:           0.9.6 (using KDE 4.6.2) 
OS:                Linux

If there are no routes in the route list, one defective entry is created start of kvpnc.
Solution: ignore entry if string empty

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Enter no route in the route list and close and reopen kvpnc
One empty entry in the list is present.

Actual Results:  
Defective entry present

Expected Results:  
Not present
