Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.7.0)

There is option in System Settings -> Desktop Effects that controls the animations speed, but SAL just doesn't use it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set animation speed in "Desktop Effects" to instant and work with SAL.

Actual Results:  
SAL still showing all animations with constant speed.

Expected Results:  
SAL animations should speed up.
