This wikipedia page shows the difference between the old and new flag of Rwanda: https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Flag_of_Rwanda Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Right-click on the clock and select "Adjust Date and Time", then click on the "Timezone" tab and scroll down to Kigali. Actual Results: I see the old flag of Rwanda, which was dropped in 2001. "The flag was changed because it had become associated with the brutality of the Rwandan Genocide." -Wikipedia Expected Results: The new flag of Rwanda. I'm Rwandan, and this is not cool.
