Can we have the "Show the message preview pane next to the message list" option for Usenet component too? Currently, this is available for Mail only, whereas both Usenet and Mail UI are identical and are often expected to have the same layout.

Also, how about moving (or duplicating) this option into the View menu? We could just have a few options for Layout, such as Classic and Wide. It took me fair amount of time to find this option out for the Mail component.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Menu > Settings > Configure Kontact > Mail > Appearance > Layout

Actual Results:  
"Show the message preview pane next to the message list" is available only under Mail.

Expected Results:  
"Show the message preview pane next to the message list" could be there for Usenet too.

Having a Layout sub-menu under Menu > View could be even better.
