Version:           0.12.5 (using KDE 4.6.5) 
OS:                Linux

changing the view orientation and saving results in the original orientation being saved.
the expectation is to save what you see.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
load pdf
change orientation
save pdf
reopen saved pdf

Actual Results:  
original orientation

Expected Results:  
new orientation

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38.8-35.fc15.i686.PAE
Compiler: gcc

The orientation should be preserved, provided you don't rename the file. Can you still reproduce this issue with Okular >= 0.19.0 ( KDE >= 4.13.0 )?
