Description dr_siedler 2011-08-02 10:55:19 UTC
Version: 0.10.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

The find function does not work in the mozilla ocular plugin, means that the word to be searched after cannot be entered in the search field.
However, it works in the standalone version of ocular.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mozilla, open a pdf by clicking on a link; drag+drop a pdf document into mozilla etc.
2. start the find function via edit>find or via ctrl+f
3. try to enter the search term into the field

Actual Results:
full readability of the document; displayed correctly but not able to enter search term into search field, stays empty. No search function performable.

Expected Results:
search for the entered term

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-33-generic
Compiler: cc

We do not provide any mozilla plugin and as you say it works in okular itself, so you should find whoever provides that mozilla plugin and file a bug against them.
