When deleting an event the Left hand side event "preview" (the one below the calendar) does not get updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* Create an event
* Click on it so that the left hand side preview shows its data
* Delete the event
* Observe how the left hand side preview still shows the data


Expected Results:  
The preview should be cleared as that event does not exist anymore

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.39-ARCH
Compiler: gcc
