When deleting the to: field from a mail that has a cc: field that will be promoted to to: field kmail complains the to: field is empty when trying to send the email

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* Press "A" over a mail that belongs to a kde mailing list (e.g. kde-core-devel)
* Observe how you have a To: field that is the mailing list
* Observe how you have a CC: field that is who originally wrote the email
* Delete the To: field by pressing on the right hand side [x] in the line edit
* Observe how you the CC: field gets promoted to a To: field
* Click "Send" in the toolbar
* Observe that you get a dialog saying the To: field is empty

Expected Results:
* No dialog should be shown since there is a To: field

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.39-ARCH
Compiler: gcc
