I manually created an account in kwallet to get it work ... but:
kwallet seems also not to be asked for account data.
You only have to login once, cause Dolphin remembers itself, but, only for the current desktop-session.
I haven`t any probs with ftp.The ftp-account was transfered to kwallet without any problems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Enter your webdav-URL like webdavs://my.webdav.server
Enter your loginname and your password
hit the remember-button and enter
Open kwallet to check the entries: no account-data written!

Actual Results:  
new desktop-session -> new password-entries required

Expected Results:  
correct account exchange between dolphin and kwallet

This Bug may be related to some other Protocols ...?
Couldn`t check for example smb://
