Version: unspecified OS: Linux It regression in 4.7.0 Plasma-panel looks very blurry when I switching desktops with key combo. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Go to systemsettings -> shortcuts and gestures -> global keyboard shortcuts -> select KWin -> find something like: one desktop forward and set key combo and use it. 3 of us are unable to reproduce this issue .. assigning to kwin anyways to let them take a look at it as well.
The blurring is done by the "kcmshell4 kwincompositing", "all effects", "blur effect" - deactivating it will remove the visual part of the problem. Otherwise important informations: a) what effect do you use to switch between desktops (fade, slide, cube, etc.) and does it occur with all of them or none? b) do you use "one activity per virtual desktop"? c) can you successfully click one of the blurred icons (eg. to start konqueror)? c) in konsole run "xwininfo -children" and click the desktop when the cursor turns into a cross. Post the output.
