When I open a folder with web pages saved in there, Dolphin triggers a lot of kio-server and other similar windows and pop-up and the only way to stop it is ctrl-alt-del.  Sometimes, even this doesn't work, and I have to disconnect the whole computer from electricity source.
I have to remember what folders are and open them with Nautilus who hasn't this problem.
No idea why is happening.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Save a web page in a folder with any browser. Open the folder with Dolphin. Instantly it starts to happen.


Expected Results:  
Open the folder in a normal way showing the files with no other windows or pop-ups or whatever.  As in Nautilus or in KDE 4.2.

Happen with any settings and any widget style.
