Description Ferdinand Gassauer 2011-07-29 13:14:50 UTC
Version: 2.0.97 (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

IMHO attachments with German Umlaute er not handled correctly
saving such attachmetns produces "?" instead of 'ä' or similar and can't be opened with konqueror -only after manually replacing 'ä' with 'ae' the file can be opened.

I classify it as major, because normal users will not be able to handle this situation = sort of "loosing" the attachment

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try to open a pdf with Umlaute

Actual Results:
okular message - can't open the pdf file

Expected Results:
okular should open the file

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.5-desktop
Compiler: gcc

Seems to work here on Kubuntu 11.04 KDE SC 4.7 and kmail2
Comment 3 Ferdinand Gassauer 2011-08-02 09:39:33 UTC
I can not reproduce it so I mark it as invalid for now
