Since 4.7.0 the plasma tooltip bold title only has white blurred shadow, while the description doesnt have. There wasnt such problem with 4.7 rc2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Hover on e.g. kmenu

Actual Results:  
Only the tooltip bold title has white blur shadow.

Expected Results:  
All text should be blurred
