Description Petr Kulhavy 2011-07-29 06:11:13 UTC
Application: konqueror (4.5.5 (KDE 4.5.5))
KDE Platform Version: 4.5.5 (KDE 4.5.5)
Qt Version: 4.7.0
Operating System: Linux 2.6.35-30-generic-pae i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 10.10

-- Information about the crash:
I started Konqueror, the initial blank screen appeared, then I clicked on "File" in order to open a local file. At that time Konqueror crashed.

Before I had problems with Firefox crashing on startup, where I couldn't get it working at all. Before the "well it's embarassing" screen of Firefox appeared it was down again. Maybe there is some coincidence?

-- Backtrace:
Application: Konqueror (konqueror), signal: Segmentation fault

Are you using a Mac OS X style "top menu bar"?
Comment 2 Petr Kulhavy 2011-07-29 17:14:30 UTC
I'm using classical KDE layout, no "top menu bar".
Comment 3 Dawit Alemayehu 2011-11-21 22:56:39 UTC
Cannot reproduce. Do you still get this crash with KDE v4.7 and higher ?
Comment 4 Dawit Alemayehu 2012-01-09 05:31:29 UTC
Any response to comment #3 ?
