Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                Linux

After unmounting plugged device - try to unmount the flash drive then appears the message and the widget window becomes too big.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Remove and add widget again.

In kde 4.8 the device notifier has been completely rewritten. please retest if this is still an issue.
