recommendation list doesnt get updated within the activity
the user needs to change the activity and reload it again, to see the updated recommendation list

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
- open an activity
- open different resources
- watch the recommendation list

second way:
- create a new activity
- see the disabled recommendation handle
- start using resources
- see that the recommendation handle does not get updated

Actual Results:  
- no updates in the recommendation list, even after a few seconds

Expected Results:  
- list gets updated as soon as other files are opened a lot more
