- when the add resource button is touched for the first time, it keeps its "pressed icon", but the window does not open


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
-open an activity
- touch the "add resource button" for the first time -> nothing happens
- touch for example the "change wallpaper button", then touch the add resource button -> now opens up every time

Actual Results:  
- icon gets pressed status
- no window appears

Expected Results:  
- button should work directly at the first time, window opens properly
