On-line help for kpk_addrm is not available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. { kcmshell4 kpk_addrm; }
  2. Press the [Help] button.
  3. Open the software configuration module from within KDE system settings.
  4. Tell system settings to display the module information window.


Actual Results:  
  1. KDE software configuration module UI window.
  2. The [Help] button is inactive.
  4. ‘KDE software management interface’


Expected Results:  
  2. An on-line manual for the module in KHelpCenter.

The right thing to do is kcmshell kcm_apper,
as this have the help button disabled.
Docs are in my TODO list but no time yet :/
