Version: unspecified (using KDE 1.2) OS: Linux it appears online routing either doesn't respect one way streets or uses different maps from offline routing Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: route from (ireland) 8° 52' 14.8"W, 51° 35' 51.2"N to 8° 51' 41.0"W, 51° 35' 49.4"N Actual Results: openrouteservice doesn't respect one way system Expected Results: both monav and openrouteservice should provide the same route around the short one way system in the example above.
We can't influence the inner working of these two routing backends, but you can file bug reports for each: Monav at http://code.google.com/p/monav/issues/list OpenRouteService at http://openrouteservice.org/contact.php (sending a mail to http://www.geog.uni-heidelberg.de/personen/gis_neis_en.html might be the quickest way).
There's one exception to what I said above: The maps for monav are generated by me, so bugs due to outdated monav offline routing maps should go to bugs.kde.org. This doesn't seem to be the case here though.
ok, thanks, i'll do that. i suspect it just down to different map versions but will contact them. ----- Original message ----- > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=278505 > > > Dennis Nienhüser <earthwings@gentoo.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED > CC| |earthwings@gentoo.org > Resolution| |UPSTREAM > > > > > --- Comment #1 from Dennis Nienhüser <earthwings gentoo org> 2011-07-26 > 22:26:36 --- We can't influence the inner working of these two routing > backends, but you can file bug reports for each: > > Monav at http://code.google.com/p/monav/issues/list > OpenRouteService at http://openrouteservice.org/contact.php (sending a > mail to http://www.geog.uni-heidelberg.de/personen/gis_neis_en.html > might be the quickest way). > > -- > Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email > ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- > You reported the bug.
