- What I was doing when the application crashed: As my network was connected, but no dns filled in /etc/resolv.conf was written, I start pnm to edit the network connection. 
I've changed duplex line in Auto eth0 config file put auto replacing half, At reboot, Auto eth0 doesn't exist anymore in network list.
which now look like :

The NetworkManager version OpenSuse is using (0.8.9997) has a bug where it endlessly send the Update() signal. That bug was fixed in NM's repository in last June 20th.
