The dialog is inconsistent with messages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
First screenshot:

1) Click in "Key Server Dialog";
2) Find any key;
3) Click in "Import"

Result= You get dialog like image1.png. The icon and key number only partiality
visible.


Second screenshot:

1) Enter anything in "Text to search or ID of the key to import:";
2) Click in "Import";
3) You get dialog "2" -> Title and message partiality visible.


Expected Results:  
Consistent dialog, like image2.png (3)

When you resize manually the dialog and press twice in "Details", the dialog automatically resizes.
