- What I was doing when the application crashed:

opening the asf stream at http://cfcr.ca/listen (listen with windows media player)  this worked on the 32 bit install on my old lap top and works on vlc as a fall back.  it also crashes if the Realplayer link is used,  opens but does not stream the quicktime link.   rejects the winamp link
