Version: 2.1.0 (using KDE 4.6.4) OS: Linux I have several email addresses. For all addresses my name is the same. In the message list I cannot see to or from which of my addresses the emails are because only my name is shown. The same is for the remote sender/recipient. Only the name of the person is shown when a name is specified. I don't like to see only the names, I want to see the whole email address to distinguish the persons with same name and to distinguish a person's various accounts and to identify fake mails. It is not only time consuming and inefficient to always have to click on every mail to see this information, I consider it also a security issue. Please add an option to always show the sender's and recipient's email address in the message list like this: Name <email address>. Reproducible: Always
Hi, I don't like this information hiding either. "Name" can be set by the sender and can be used to mislead the recipient, April fools being the most harmless use. I'd vote for restricting it's lone usage known contacts from the addressbook, at least. The replacement "To: Me" interferes with the "Identities". IMO, "To: Me (Identity)" would be better.
Hopefully it won't take 5 more years to at least be confirmed.
