Brad Hards was who Go Daddy worked with the past and he stated we now need to go through a bug request. Is this no longer the case?
I don't remember discussing this with you recently. However I understand that the KDE root store is being phased out, and I'm not planning to add any new certificates at this stage. There is a fairly large backlog of certs should we start doing this again.
