Apparently bug reporting for kmail is disabled or so the message says when you try to report a bug.  At the very least a bit more information would be useful!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to report a kmail bug

Actual Results:  
Gets the message bug reporting for kmail is disabled

Expected Results:  
should be able to report a bug or find some useful information

Sorry, indeed bug reporting is disabled for kmail (version 1.x). Bugs will not get fixed for that version, since all development has moved to kmail2. If possible, please check if the bug also appears in kmail2, and report for that version.

As for the "more information", I am not sure if bugzilla can provide such additional information when products/components are disabled.
