Description Arndt Heuvel 2011-07-01 21:45:44 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.3)
OS: Linux

If a file for example comes from the bad Windows File system, the umlauts are shown as interrogation mark inside a rhomb. These files can not be renamed or moved. I can rename these files from the command line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Find a Filename with unusual letter.

Actual Results:
A Requester pops up that says "File can't be found".

Expected Results:
Rename or move the file even with bad letter.
