After creating a new activity with name and wallpaper, the add resource window should appear; the user can click it away by touch on "close"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- create a new empty activity

Actual Results:  
- an empty activity appears

Expected Results:  
After creating a new activity with name and wallpaper, the add resource window should appear; the user can click it away by touch on "close"
