yes, might be even not be noticed by the user. maybe it would be better using a brighter color, like orange? we decided to not have animation or blinking here because of not irritating the user. And if we go with option number 2, highlighting the whole area (window and arrow)? I know, it would mean duplicating the implementation, but what other options do we have?
want to try with a blue halo instead of a full blue arrow, probably would look nicer
mhh, is very very discreet - i think that the change of the color is not even seen by many users. and how about keeping our first idea and take the contour logo instead of the arrow. and turn that around from time to time (maybe every 6 sec.). the logo is a half circle, so would fit into the handle... but i have to admit, it was a long workday and my brain is a bit tired; maybe i have to rethink tomorrow ;)
we will need this now with the new recommendation implementation
