Description Fania Bremmer 2011-06-30 15:15:06 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

- if there are no resources in an activity and therefore no recommendations, the handle of the recommendation overlay should be disabled (transparent style..)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- create a new activity without adding resources

Actual Results:
- the recommendation handle is displayed
- the overlay is empty

Expected Results:
- the handle should be disabled

the handle is now disabled and transparent in the UI - but now I couldnt test the activation again... I tried to touch a few times on resources, that should normally trigger the recommendations. is there any other way to test it?

the handle is now transparent in the UI, but not yet disabled. I can still pull an empty overlay, that shouldnt be possible.
Another question: how can I test the activation again? I tried to touch a few times on resources, that should normally trigger the recommendations. is there any other way to test it?

it seems that they are not immediately updated, try to change the activity and back again, that should enable it again.

it could be a problem in nepomuk on auto updating queries or at an higher level in the dataengine

yes, changing activity enabled it.
but should be reloaded within the current activity as well. -> is that ivans part then?

tested and approved; this bug is fixed.
I will write the issue with the updating of the recommendation in a new bug.
