this hapens after installing new fedora updates; looks to be related to plasma-desktop.
Also wireless network is not working propertly since installing updates. 
Cable connection is fine, but wireless is disconnecting and network is disables after trying to connect (the wireless router is fine - as it is working on another laptop).
The message is "Networking system disabled". The problem reproduces by retrying to enable wirelles network.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
