Version: 2.1.0 (using KDE 4.6.4) OS: Linux Everytime I start KMail it appears to go through all the e-mail and starts applying the anti-spam filtering with SpamAssasin. I don't even click the button to Check for new mail, I just start Kmail. If I open the detailed progress window it shows several item saying "filtering messages" and I can see spamassasin process in KSysGuard. The KMail is set to fetch POP3 mail and I have configured MySQL for akonadi storage. I also have a lot of mail and have filters set up to move them into specific folders. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start KMail Actual Results: KMail starts filtering messages with spamassasin Expected Results: It should probably filter new messages only when KMail fetches new messages from POP3 e-mail server and shouldn't run it on already local and filtered mail.
Hej Jure, this has been fixed now in master (and future 4.8). Ciao, Tobias
Awesome, thanks! Any possibility to also backport to 4.7/2.1?
