If one adjusts the luminosity curve of the demosaicing tool's post-processing tab to fit a camera, there is no way to save the settings. Saving them is necessary if one handles RAW pictures of more than one camera, i.e. needs another curve for the other camera.

Other tools in digikam already have that save/load functionality.
