As the title,
loading the laptop using battery instead AC, KDE starts with
- effects ON
- nepomuk ON
like if system is loaded with AC mode.

Just the energy profile is correct (powersave).

Each time so I have to disable effects with CTRL + F12 and Nepomuk from sys
tray

PS: this bug is posted on nepomuk section, also.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load laptop just with battery

please do not spam bug duplicates but just use or ask for the right component.
re-assigning to solid, neither kwin compositing nor (afaik) nepomuk watch the energy profile themselves.

New knowledge: one issue <-> one bug report ;-)

You can delete the other report (to nepomuk) btw.
