Version:           4.6 (using KDE 4.6.4) 
OS:                Linux

As the title,
loading the laptop using battery instead AC, KDE starts with
- effects ON
- nepomuk ON
like if system is loaded with AC mode.

Just the energy profile is correct (powersave).

Each time so I have to disable effects with CTRL + F12 and Nepomuk from sys tray

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Load laptop just with battery
