When ever I minimize Quassel IRC Client by clicking on its system tray icon, then the other open windows are not being minimized by clicking on their taskmanager entries.

Though minimized windows can be maximized under the same situation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open 1 or 2 programs, they should not be minimized..
2) Open Quassel( make sure that it supports minimizing to the system tray )
3) Minimize Quassel by first trying from its TaskManager entry and then from the tray icon.
4) Finally, try to minimize any other program, be clicking on the its TaskManager entry, then you will notice that they don't get minimized!

Actual Results:  
Windows don't get minimized after I have minimized Quassel from its System Tray Icon...

Expected Results:  
The windows should have been minimized on clicking on their TaskManager entries, irrespective of whether I have minimized Quassel or not!
