Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.4) OS: Linux when a subtask of a task is running and the latter is folded, one cannot see that the subtask actually runs. Thus it'd be a good idea to show the clock icon on the folded task as long as it is folded. Reproducible: Always version 4.7.0 according to help dialog.
good idea!
Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I will be closing this bug.
Still not implemented in KTimeTracker 5.0.1. Does anyone think this will be useful? My personal opinion is, this will make it harder for the user to see which task they actively started. I think we need a different (orthogonal) way of highlighting the tasks/tasks' times that are being incremented over time, maybe we could display such times in bold font.

This is one possible way to go, another one might be highlighting the little angles in the task tree all the way down to the task actually running. Or both. Maybe tied to a config option, too. :)
