Please, split translations of strings "New playlist", so that I could translate the tooltip for an action and the default name of playlist differently.

Tooltip:
    browsers/playlistbrowser/DynamicCategory.cpp:124

Default name of playlist:
    dynamic/DynamicModel.cpp:781
