the charge info before i clicked ok

Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.6.3) 
OS:                Linux

it has not shown charge info since the 4.4 or 4.5 series

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
right click on the battery icon and click on battery monitor settings 
check box show charge info and then click on ok
should see battery charge info

Actual Results:  
does not show battery charge info

i am running kubuntu 11.10 alpha and it has not worked since lucid

it needs to be fixed because the remaining time is essential to know how long you have left before you need to plugin the laptop/netbook in or gives you a idea which was/is a good future that you took out of kde which is a shame in my book

I'm still seeing this problem on Kubuntu 12.04

On Kubuntu 12.04 is necessary go to ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc and add the line "showRemainingTime=true" below "showBatteryString=true" and restart KDE.
