I have problems with window-management. I would like to set tha the windows are shown in the middle of the screen, and the next windows showup in cacsade. But somehow it is imposible. I was trying difrent configuration, but stil the same. no effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open new windows

Actual Results:  
the windows show up in the left upper corner

Expected Results:  
it should be in the middle

and next windows should be lower in cascade
