Description Manuel López-Ibáñez 2011-06-07 12:39:18 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.2)
OS: Linux
Reproducible: Always

So this is the reverse of bug 274063, and this one is reproducible always. Every time I switch to an external monitor (1920x1200) from my laptop's screen (1366 x 768), the panel becomes too short and too transparent (letters are unreadable). See screenshot attached.

I think the panel should just grow to fill the bottom space and keep the same black color.

This is a theme issue; themes determine attributes like transparency, and you can resize the panel to make it taller. Also, Plasma 4 has been unsupported for several years.
