I am unable to manually commit files from downloaded list
This feature was working as of revision 1188173.
Once Qt3 classes were removed, it stopped working.
As far as I know it doesn't work since revision 1227827.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Right-click a downloaded file, and click on "Commit" or "Commit as.."

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Those files should be moved to the downloads folder when they are manually committed, but nothing happens

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.38-ARCH

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been
unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug.
