When somebody sends me a file via ICQ and the transfer is complete, a notification pops up saying it is done and showing the path to the file. When I click on “Open” the file gets opened in the default application. But when clicking the path (link) which I preferr since it is a bigger and more logical target somehow, the file is opened in the webbrowser.

Reproducible in 4.8.80.
