Description roland 2011-05-28 00:18:38 UTC
Version: 1.0.1 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

I had only the Gnome desktop along with Kate editor installed. I installed Blogilo and let it install all needed dependencies. It could not connect to my blog no matter what I did. The I installed kde4 opensuse desktop via the software installer and Blogilo worked perfectly. It appears to _expect_ KDE networking components, but doesn't list them as a requirement in the RPM.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install OpenSuSE Gnome desktop along with Kate. After everything is configured, install Blogilo and attempt to connect to your Wordpress blog.

Actual Results:
unable to fetch id

Expected Results:
should connect perfectly.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.5-desktop
Compiler: gcc

As blogilo is now archived/marked unmaintained in Gitlab, I am updating all open tickets. If a maintainer is found, feel free to reopen these tickets when working on them.
