Jovie kde text to speech manager which is set to speak every 5 minutes, when speaks says opposite time example when am says pm but time rite?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
stop and restart jovie

Actual Results:  
still the same

Expected Results:  
to fix the time of day

Yes Chris what is the reply?
as I said that when jovie is running tpo tell the time every 5 or 15
mins it  says the right time
but when its AM says it PM and visa versa?

He didn't say anything, he set the version for this bug report, that is all.

AFAIK you do not use this old version anymore, is this bug still reproducible and yes, which KDE version?

Hello! Plasma 4 was replaced by Plasma 5 four years ago by the KDE community. In that time we have made great strides in stability and functionality. We are closing all Plasma 4 bugs as most of them are no longer applicable to the new frameworks Plasma 5 is built upon. If you could, please re-test with the latest version of Plasma 5, and submit a new bug to "plasmashell" if you continue to have an issue. Thank you!
