Tried both changing through GUI _and_ manually by editing the kwinrc file, both times the thing looks like this after restart of KDE:

Name_1=Workspace 1
Name_2=
Name_3=
Name_4=
Number=4


Reproducible: Always

Workspace names resetted to a weird default

Expected Results:  
Persistent workspace naming

4.6.3 regression out of a crash fix, sorry.
it's fixed in branch and master
