Did this ever happened again?
Thanks for caring, Christian! In the meanwhile, I upgraded a few times, so now I am running KMM 4.6.1 under KDE 4.6.5. I and have not encountered this bug anymore, and I cannot reproduce it anymore. Closing this bug.
