when playing with the desktop cube, i noticed that the desktops in which application is running fullscreen are not covering the panel once shifted to them. This could be corrected only when the application is restored back to window mode and then back into fullscreen mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
start a movie (for example ) in full screen and change the desktop using cube animation. 
return back to the same desktop.

Actual Results:  
the plasma panel is not covered by the movie. 

Expected Results:  
The movie covers the whole screen.
